Zucchini Chips



  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg.
  2. Slice Zucchini into thin slices 1/4″ -1/8″
  3. Mix Flour and Italian Seasoning in bowl
  4. Wisk together 2 eggs in separate bowl
  5. Coat Zucchini slices in egg then dredge through flour mixture
  6. Place on cookie sheet (coat in coconut oil for easier cleanup)
  7. Bake for 8-10 mins
  8. Add fresh grated Romano then flip
  9. Bake 8-10 more mins or until crispy
  10. Serve Hot
