Tilapia Spinach Cakes
- 3 fillets of Tilapia
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup All purpose coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- Use food processor to pulse tilapia and spinach until you reach a consistency it will hold together.
- Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Form three cakes with the mixture.
- Heat about 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a large fry pan to med-high heat, cook each piece around 3 minutes a side until golden brown.
