Tilapia Spinach Cakes




  • 3 fillets of Tilapia
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup All purpose coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper


  1. Use food processor to pulse tilapia and spinach until you reach a consistency it will hold together.
  2. Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form three cakes with the mixture.
  4. Heat about 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a large fry pan to med-high heat, cook each piece around 3 minutes a side until golden brown.
