This also includes bloodwork from another doctor’s office that you’d like Dr. Hagmeyer to review.
This consultation requires additional review and discussion with Dr. Hagmeyer above and beyond your scheduled consultations included in your program.
30-minute consult- 1 blood lab test may be reviewed during the appointment.- Functional testing is not included.
