Paleo Greek Turkey Burgers


Combine and set aside:

  • 1/2 cup prepared paleo mayo
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder  

In a separate bowl combine:

  • 1Lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of dried basil
  • 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of prepared curry paleo mayonnaise


Grill or broil burgers, place on a bed of spinach and garnish with remaining curry mayo, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini and Greek olives if desired.
