Mashed Faux-Tatoes

For many people suffering with GI problems, Gluten Sensitivity, or people who are simply trying to eliminate the Night shade vegetables. This is a great alternative to Mashed potatoes.



  1. Steam cauliflower until tender in steamer basket or small amount of water.
  2. In food processor, blend cauliflower, butter or Ghee, sea salt and pepper until smooth.
