Mango Mint Smoothie


  • 2 Cups of Mangos (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • 2 Cups Lettuce Greens
  • 6 Large Mint Leaves
  • Juice From 1/2 a Lemon
  • Juice From 1/2 a Lime
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • Water & Ice


  1. Add water and ice to blender alone with mint and greens.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add fruit and pulse until desired consistency.
