Low FODMAP | Recipe


  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellmann’s Light)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon FODY Garlic Infused Oil


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well-combined.
  • Chill for several hours before serving.
  • Serve with pretzels (gluten-free if needed).
