Are you new to Functional Medicine? The Low Complexity Case Review is a great first step for anyone wishing to explore Dr Hagmeyer’s Functional Medicine approach. This initial 30–60-minute appointment is for patients who have not completed any diagnostic or functional testing in the past three months.
This initial 30–60 minute appointment is designed to give Dr. Hagmeyer a clear understanding of your health history, current symptoms, and the many factors that may be contributing to your health concerns.
The goal of this visit is to make sure we have the information needed to determine the most appropriate next steps for your case.
A Low-Complexity Case Review is intended for patients who have not completed recent functional or diagnostic testing.
Because this level of review is designed for patients who are starting without recent testing, Dr. Hagmeyer does not review prior laboratory or functional medicine test results as part of a Low-Complexity Case Review.
If you have recent testing that you would like Dr. Hagmeyer to review and incorporate into your case, a Moderate- or High-Complexity Case Review may be more appropriate.
During your case review, Dr. Hagmeyer will walk you through the key findings that may be influencing your health and explain how those findings fit into the larger picture of your case.
Review of Key Metabolic Patterns
Dr. Hagmeyer will identify and explain the metabolic patterns and underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, helping you better understand the connections between your test results, health history, and current concerns.
Review of Recommended Testing
If Dr. Hagmeyer recommended testing during your 15- or 30-minute Discovery Call and those results are now available, he will review the findings with you and explain why they are important and how they relate to your overall health picture.
Review of Your Initial Treatment Plan
Dr. Hagmeyer will outline the recommended structure, duration, and cost of your initial treatment plan so you have a clear understanding of the process, what is included, and what to expect moving forward.
It is important that you have access to a computer for this consult because Dr Hagmeyer will be using a screen-sharing program; this enables you to see Dr Hagmeyer’s computer screen and report.
