Here is a summary of what your Case Review includes:
1) Review of existing blood work (4 pages limit)
2) Review of your Health History
3) Review of your 7-Day Food Log/Journal
4) 30-45 minute consultation with Dr Hagmeyer to discuss his recommendations for your case.

Once we have reviewed your new patient application, we will email you Dr Hagmeyer’s Next available appointment.
Please be sure our office receives the New Patient Application within 10 days for priority scheduling. As much as we would like to accept every case, Dr Hagmeyer can only accept a limited number of patients per month in order to ensure personalized care.
Please keep in mind when it comes to scheduling, we receive many case reviews each week, therefore, New Patient Applications are processed in the order they are received.
Once your application has been received, your file will be reviewed by Dr Hagmeyer. This can take up to two weeks.
Due to the number of patients seeking Dr Hagmeyer’s program, we advise you to overnight, email or FEDEX your application. This will ensure priority scheduling.
Remember to provide as much detail as possible. The more information you can share with Dr. Hagmeyer about your history, the more he will understand your case and find a solution for you.
Dr. Hagmeyer will review your records, testing, reports, etc prior your scheduled appointment.
