Lemon Roasted Cauliflower


  • 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • parsley as garnish (optional)


  1. Grease Baking sheet with oil
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, minced garlic, sea salt
  3. Spread on baking sheet
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 425F
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over top and garnish
