Hot Stuff Smoothie

This one is not for the novice-it will definitely get your blood pumping!


  • 3 Radish’s with Green Tops
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Mixed Frozen Berries
  • Dash of Cayenne
  • Water


  1. Add first 3 ingredients and a small amount of water and blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and desired amount of water and blend until desired consistency.
