  • 2 cups shredded Red cabbage,
  • 2 cups shredded Green cabbage
  • 1 cup grated Carrots
  • 3 TBSP Veganaise
  • 3 TBSP Raw Yogurt or Amasai
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine Veganaise, Yogurt, Mustard and Vinegar in a large bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cabbage and carrots and toss well
