Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein
  • ½ teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Blend with ice and serve
